Citizenm Geneva Hotel

The room at Citizenm Geneva was super cool! I loved being able to control everything with the iPad - lights, blinds, even the TV channels. The shower was amazing too, with a rainfall showerhead.

I personally didn't use the iPod dock, but others might find it useful.

The staff helped me find places to go. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a great lounge. I keep coming back for business, and I have no regrets.

This hotel is located in an ideal area right in the heart of the city, hence everything you could want is within a few paces. it is super close to the main shopping area and all the main sights of the city. The modern and clean rooms have an amazing design and are well equipped with high technology. The staff is attentive and friendly.

The hotel manager needs to improve his customer service skills since check-in can take longer than guaranteed and sometimes the staff has issues cleaning the light-colored rooms.

The rooms were on the smaller side, with limited space for luggage. There was also a lack of privacy, with the sink in the bedroom and transparent glass separating the toilet and shower.

Continental breakfast was an absolute delight.if you're into coffee and pastries on a tray. The hotel's location is great, near attractions. The communal living room was a nice touch, although I didn't need to socialize with strangers.

I absolutely loved having to order food at the bar and collect it at the counter. Nothing says "restaurant" like a buzzer and reheated meals.
